Public Ethics - Accountability - Responsibility

We will run a seminar for your group, focusing on the need for ethical decision-making in our public, private, and voluntary sectors.  While our attention will go to politicians and unelected officials at all levels of government, we will also address ethics, accountability, and responsibility in society as a whole, in business, organizations, and everyday life.

PEAR will define ethics and how it is often misinterpreted, look at how organizations often fail to draw straight lines of accountability, and discuss how to make decisions which are responsible for you and society, at the same time.

Successful Election Planning & Campaigning

It is our belief that politics is not a fair fight.  Candidates with money and organization have a strangling advantage. Incumbents have name recognition which is difficult to overcome.  We believe we have a workshop which can even out these handicaps and help improve the democratic process.

What potential candidates and their campaign teams really need is what to expect and how to deal with it, and how to engineer a team capable of getting done what needs to be done.  Do you know what you're getting yourself into?  Do you have the people you need to efficiently and effectively handle a campaign?  Do your people have that winning attitude?  How do you raise money?  Have you fixed the "holes" from a past loss?
